Our services are delivered according to the project scope, requirements, quotation, proposal, invoice and other written communications agreed with the customer.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the IBOX444 website, requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, making a payment or using any IBOX444 service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or engage our services.

Every project is planned according to the customer's requirements and the agreed scope. Features, pages, integrations, technologies, design elements, content requirements, timelines and deliverables may vary from project to project.

Work outside the approved scope may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation, additional payment and/or an adjusted delivery schedule.

IBOX444 aims to create modern, responsive and business-focused digital solutions. The number of design concepts, revisions and development changes included in a project depends on the agreed package or quotation.

New features, major redesigns, additional pages, new integrations or changes requested after approval may be charged separately.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To keep projects moving smoothly, customers are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, content, images, branding assets, credentials and other materials reasonably required for the project.

• Provide accurate project requirements and business information.
• Provide content and assets that you have the legal right to use.
• Review and approve designs, content and functionality within a reasonable time.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials supplied to you.
• Ensure that your website content and business activities comply with applicable laws.

Delays caused by missing content, approvals, credentials or third-party dependencies may affect the expected delivery timeline.

7. Content, Images & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, product information and other materials supplied to IBOX444 do not infringe third-party rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, APIs, libraries, software licences and other external components remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Ownership or usage rights for the final project may depend on the agreed quotation, payment status and applicable third-party licences. IBOX444 retains rights in its pre-existing tools, reusable code, development methods, internal systems and proprietary materials unless specifically transferred in writing.

8. Payments & Project Activation

Project pricing, advance payment, milestone payments, recurring charges and due dates are communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal or invoice.

Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, project work may begin after the required advance or initial payment and the necessary project information has been received.

Delayed payments may result in paused development, delayed delivery, suspension of hosting or other services, or additional charges where applicable.

9. Hosting, Domain & SSL Services

Domain registration, web hosting, server resources and SSL certificates may involve third-party providers. Availability, renewal pricing, infrastructure policies and technical limitations can therefore be subject to the respective provider's terms.

Customers are responsible for providing correct registration information and renewing services where renewal is not included in an active package. IBOX444 may assist with hosting, domain and SSL administration according to the purchased service.

10. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing involve external platforms, search algorithms, advertising systems, competition and market conditions that are outside IBOX444's direct control.

We apply professional strategies and reasonable efforts to improve online visibility, traffic, leads and digital presence, but we do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales figure or advertising result unless expressly agreed in a written contract.

11. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

Websites and applications may use third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, social networks, analytics tools, email services, APIs, plugins, app stores, hosting infrastructure or other external platforms.

Third-party outages, API changes, policy changes, account restrictions or service discontinuation may affect functionality. IBOX444 will make reasonable efforts to support the project, but cannot guarantee the continuous availability or future compatibility of independent third-party services.

12. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are based on project scope, customer approvals, content availability, payment status and technical dependencies. IBOX444 aims to deliver projects professionally and within the agreed timeline.

Delays caused by changes in requirements, delayed feedback, third-party services, unavailable resources, force majeure events or other circumstances outside reasonable control may require the delivery schedule to be revised.

13. Website Maintenance & Support

Maintenance and technical support are provided according to the purchased package or agreed support arrangement. Support may cover website updates, troubleshooting, backups, security-related tasks or other specified activities.

Major development, new features, redesigns, third-party service migrations or extensive fixes outside the agreed maintenance scope may be quoted separately.

14. Prohibited or Unlawful Use

Customers must not use IBOX444 services to create, host, distribute or promote content or activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, deceptive or intended to compromise systems, violate intellectual-property rights or harm other users.

IBOX444 may suspend or restrict a service where there is a reasonable concern about security, abuse, unlawful activity, non-payment or violation of applicable service terms.

15. Security & Customer Access

Customers should protect passwords, hosting credentials, CMS accounts, email accounts, API keys and other access information. IBOX444 is not responsible for security incidents caused by credentials being exposed, reused, shared improperly or controlled by unauthorized persons.

Where security or maintenance work is requested, IBOX444 may recommend updates, backups, stronger authentication or other reasonable security measures.

16. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

Cancellation, refund, suspension and termination conditions may depend on the specific project, package, invoice and payment stage. Customers should review the commercial terms supplied with their project before making payment.

Services may be suspended or terminated where there is material non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or a serious violation of the applicable agreement.

17. Disclaimer of Certain Guarantees

IBOX444 provides digital services with professional care and reasonable effort. However, technology and third-party platforms cannot always be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.

Unless expressly stated in writing, IBOX444 does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, guaranteed search rankings, guaranteed sales, guaranteed leads, or permanent compatibility with every future browser, device, operating system, plugin, API or third-party platform.
